Basic Hosted VoIP
This is a simple self-service VoIP solution for businesses who need a business-grade phone system but don’t require extensive functionalities.
You can use any type of device to connect with ExperienceHD Voice between users. The package includes a main number and one ring group with each user also receiving a voicemail to e-mail.
The contract will start for an initial duration of three months, and move to monthly thereafter.
Fully-Managed Hosted VoIP
This package is ideal for businesses who require full functionality and the service is completely managed by SureVoIP.
Some of the package’s features include instant messaging, ExperienceHD voice between users, conference calling and recording, auto-attendant and hot-desking, all of which are encrypted to protect sensitive information.
As with the basic option, the initial contact duration is three months and then moves to a monthly basis. Businesses who require more than twenty users are also eligible for a discount.
Pricing
- Basic Hosted VoIP: This package is £11 per month for two users, and will cost £5.50 per additional user with a set-up fee of £35.
- Fully-Managed Hosted VoIP: A one-user cost is £15 per month or £20 for two users, with £10 per additional users. It comes with an extensive range of features to support business communications.
- Call Forwarding: With this package, you can convert your mobile or landline to a normal/special UK or international number. A 12-month contract will cost £48.
- Fax to e-mail: Receive all faxes sent directly to your inbox as an e-mail attachment for £4/month with a £5 set-up fee.
