The combined entity of Netomnia, Brsk, and YouFibre has reported significant achievements in 2024, marked by impressive growth in revenue, serviceable premises, and customer base, despite some financial challenges.

The company’s revenue surged by 321% year-on-year, reaching £38.6 million. During Q4 alone, serviceable premises increased by 255,000, bringing the total to 1.27 million for the year. Currently, their 10Gbps-capable Fibre-to-the-Premises (FTTP) network spans 2.08 million UK homes and businesses, up from 1.82 million at the end of September 2024. The company’s long-term goal is to expand this coverage to 3 million premises by the end of 2025.

Customer numbers rose to 238,000 by the end of 2024, up from 190,000 in September. The last quarter alone added 48,000 customers, reflecting a take-up rate increase of 38% year-on-year to 11.5%. Premises connected also grew by 48,000 in Q4, contributing to a total of 171,000 new connections for the year.

Jeremy Chelot, CEO, emphasised the significance of the ongoing integration of Netomnia, YouFibre, and Brsk, stating, “The integration is nearing completion, creating the only scaled and capital-efficient retail and wholesale platform in the market. With our proven execution capabilities, we’re confidently progressing toward our next milestone of 3 million premises serviceable by the end of 2025.”

The company’s FTTP broadband service is now available across parts of over 90 UK cities and towns. Their next objective is not only to expand the network but also to grow their customer base to 1 million by 2028, reinforcing their commitment to delivering high-speed internet to millions across the UK.
