Zen Internet has entered into a new strategic partnership with ITS, a move set to strengthen both companies’ positions in the UK’s business connectivity market. The agreement will allow Zen to use ITS’s extensive full fibre network to offer business-grade internet services in areas where Zen previously had limited reach.

The agreement builds on an already strong relationship between the two companies. Earlier in 2025, ITS gained broader access to Zen’s own FTTP (Fibre to the Premises) network. Together, their shared off-net business coverage now spans around 700 exchange areas, making business-grade full fibre available to more businesses across the UK.

Richard Tang, CEO of Zen Internet, expressed enthusiasm about the partnership: “This collaboration allows us to deliver cutting-edge connectivity to new areas, unlocking growth for both Zen and ITS. It’s especially exciting because it’s a two-way street — Zen can now sell services over ITS’s network, and ITS can do the same over ours. It’s a true win-win.”

Daren Baythorpe, CEO of ITS, echoed this sentiment: “This partnership is about more than network access. It’s about delivering better value, greater resilience, and more choice for UK businesses. We’re proud to support Zen’s expansion — just as they’ve supported ours. With innovations like our 50G-PON trials and this wholesale agreement, we’re showing what’s possible when you align on purpose and ambition.”

This partnership marks a major milestone for both Zen and ITS. By working together, they are delivering faster, more reliable internet solutions to businesses across the UK, especially those in underserved areas.
