M Group Services has announced a major rebrand, bringing all companies within its portfolio under the unified M Groupname. This change reflects the company’s ambition to be future-focused, open, and collaborative as it continues to deliver essential infrastructure services across the UK and Ireland.

M Group Services, originally formed from Morrison Utility Services in 2016, has since acquired over 20 businesses, growing into a workforce of more than 11,000 employees across 200+ locations.

The new branding structure will see sectors clearly defined while remaining under the M Group identity:

  • M Group Telecom – incorporating Morrison Telecom Services, Magdalene, Waldon Telecom, and Avonline.

  • M Group Water – replacing Morrison Water Services.

  • M Group Energy – bringing together Morrison Energy Services, Morrison Data Services, and Callisto.

  • M Group Highways – formerly Milestone Infrastructure, the UK’s largest highways maintenance contractor, managing over 50,000 km of roads.

  • M Group Rail & Aviation – uniting Dyer & Butler, KH Engineering, and Antagrade.

Seeka will be the only business within the group to retain its existing brand, while recent acquisitions AgilityEco and BGEN will continue to operate under their current names for a transition period.

Chief Executive Andrew Findlay emphasised that the rebrand is a strategic step towards strengthening the company’s identity and values, “Our new brand and values are a golden opportunity to look forward and be excited about what we can achieve for our clients in future. Our values – open, responsible, together, ambitious – are the cultural core of our organisation. They reflect who we want to be, creating phenomenal opportunities for professional and business growth.”

The rebrand will be implemented gradually, with updates to signage, PPE, vehicles, and locations beginning this month. The company aims for a smooth transition that aligns with its commitment to sustainability and efficiency.
