A new partnership between tech incubator C4DI (Centre for Digital Innovation) and rural broadband provider Quickline is set to bring digital transformation to businesses and entrepreneurs across East Yorkshire and Lincolnshire.
As part of Quickline’s commitment to Project Gigabit, the company will support C4DI in delivering a three-year programme aimed at helping 60 rural businesses grow through digital innovation. The support will include innovation days, training, mentoring, and workshops.
The goal is to help rural enterprises adopt new technologies, improve their digital skills, and unlock new growth opportunities. With C4DI’s experience in connecting entrepreneurs with the right tools, people, and knowledge—and Quickline’s expertise in connectivity—this partnership is a powerful step towards helping rural communities thrive in today’s digital world.
Linsey Brown, Head of Partnerships at C4DI, said:
“We’re thrilled to work with Quickline to support rural innovation. Together, we’re combining our strengths to help small businesses embrace technology and reach their full potential.”
Rachel Bowerman, Quickline’s Social Value Lead for East Yorkshire and Lincolnshire, added:
“For us, providing high-speed internet is just the beginning. This partnership ensures rural businesses also get the skills, support, and confidence to succeed in a digital age. It’s about building lasting impact and empowering communities to grow.”
With this new programme, rural entrepreneurs across the region will have access to tailored support designed to help them innovate, grow, and succeed.
